Kayley is a SENIOR!!

I adore getting phone calls from seniors that call me very excited because they saw another one of my senior photo sessions. I L-O-V-E that they can share their sessions on myspace and facebook and their friends can comment on how cute they look. THEN they call me because they want to show everyone how cute they are too! lol

Well, that is how I met Kayley. She saw Channing's pictures and knew Bekah had recently had hers done, so she KNEW she was next.

We met up and let me tell you...KAYLEY ROCKS!! We had a blast discussing cheerleading and her family. She told me her future plans and I know this girl will do what ever she sets her mind to!

Baby Noah is Here

Congratulations to Emily and Eric on their new and 1st little man. Noah Shrum entered the world yesterday at 8:31am. He is so adorable with his dark brown hair, soft skin, and AMAZING little dimple. He  weighted in at a little over 8lbs.  I can't wait for him to meet his twin sisters, Hailey and Hannah. That will be fun. ANYWAY...here is a quick slide show so everyone can see him!

Times are a Changin'

 LOL...OMG...IMOO...I have decided to move my business in an exclusive direction. I am just going to specialize in High School Senior Photography. It is sooo fun for me and I enjoy the excitement that these kids have. Life is filled with possibilities and uncertainty, yet they are ready to jump in with both feet. I feed off this energy. Not to mention that I still feel like a kid at heart, or should I say at <3.

Fun at the Game

Because it was homecoming, our girls got to cheer at the varsity game! It was exciting. Seeing all the signs to represent the Seniors, Juniors, Sophmores, and Freshman and cheerleaders with decorated faces brought back lots of memories. The electricty in air was enveloping and smiles were everywhere! Our girls were going to have a blast. Here are a few shots from the night w/ a little tune!

Garcia Wedding

We adore going out to South Coast Winery in Temecula Ca. It is such a relaxed and beautiful location, perfect for a Friday afternoon wedding. Stephanie and Philip have a great style about them and when you combine that with great friends, you have the making for a fabulous wedding! They are so cute together and compliment on another. I look forward to what their future holds. Congratulations you two!

Christina + Daniel

We arrived at the Canyon Crest Country Club to a beautiful summer day. The guys were excited and joking around. There was such an easiness and calmness in the air. Daniel was all smiles and i knew he couldn't wait to see his bride to be, Christina.

In the the bridal room, I find a beautiful woman surrounded by family and friends. Christina is radiant and i am proud that John and I are here to capture their special day.
 

The whole day was beautiful. I wish the 2 of you a beautiful life together!

Ashley Gets Her 1st High School Cheer Uniform

My 1st born princess is going to be starting the crazy and unpredictable world of..(insert scary music) High School! I know it it is true, but it still seems unbelievable! I wasn't this young when I went, was I? Really? My goodness, who makes these crazy rules?

 I am enjoying the fact that she has made her high school cheer squad and it has managed to swallow up most of her free time! I guess the goal, as a parent, is to get them SOO involved in school and activities that they are too exhausted to ANYTHING that could get them into trouble. I'm going to keep with this strategy and  pray I am right. Have I mentioned that they allow teenage boys at her high school?

Anyway..today I picked up her new cheer uniform and OBVIOUSLY we had to take a few pictures! So here she is...My Ashley....

The Johnson Family Grew!

I adore the Johnson family! It is nostalgic to watch this young family, now with 2 small gorgeous boys, and remember my children being that little or John and I in the beginning of our marriage. Time flies by soo fast. I know it is cliche to say, but it REALLY does.
 Brent was only in town for a little bit before heading back to Tennesse for baseball, so Amanda made sure to get a session scheduled to capture this moment in there lives. Their boys are ADORABLE! Such a combination of the two families. They keep them busy, but boys are so fun! Here is another slideshow to add to the Johnson Family collection! (wink)

Vanessa Has Graduated!

Vanessa called 2 weeks before graduation and said," I haven't taken my Senior pictures yet, but I know that I want too!" Well, unfortunately I was booked through the end of the year, but who said that your pictures had to be taken before you graduate? NO ONE! Soooo, Vanessa and I planned a session for just AFTER graduation! She was relaxed. No finals to get through, no more rehersals for graduation..nothin'.

She was soo fun to photograph and I liked her 'cuz she laughed at me jokes! That is a great big plus! Anywho...Vanessa, you rock! You are going to have an amazing future and I hope you enjoy your photographs!

Erin is a Senior

I was referred another UBER fabulous senior and we had loads of fun shooting her senior session. S-sessions are a great way to bring out the inner model in you and Erin..well Erin was ALL about showing up! She did a great job. She will be continuing her cheerleading career in college. We will be cheering for you as well! Congrats Erin!
