Thank You Soldiers
I am sooo grateful for the brave men and woman who step up and defend our country. In good times and bad, they are there. I sleep peacefully in my home, while a soldier is asleep in a tent away from family and most familiar things. How can I not give thanks and beg that God keep them safe and bring them victory! I am thankful to the husbands and wives of veterns that keep or had to keep the home front running while their spouse was away. My mother and grandmother were those women. I was one of those children raised by a single parent while my father was away. Please take a moment to thank a Vetern!
I am including a photo of a statue that was made by a man that was forced by Sadam Hussein to build statues depicting that leader. He melted 3 of the huge heads and made this statue of his own FREE will. It is of a little Iraqi girl comforting a kneeling soldier who is morning the loss of another soldier. The most important thing we can do is PRAY! God Bless America, our troops and those that have served in the past!
