  Jessica and Steve had an absolute beautiful wedding on New Years Eve 2008. Jessica was a stunning bride in her Paloma Blanca Gown.

Her groom, Stephen Riegel was equally handsome and let me know ," I'm not going to lie. This looks good." Hey, at least he recognizes it!

This affair was a fairytale and all of the characters were so loving and involved. Everyone gave of themselves so willingly and I think that is a great testament to how great this couple is. 

Jessica and Steve decided to do a First look before the wedding and I was so pleased, because it allowed us to take most of the pictures before the ceremony.

  

They adored each other and it really set the tone for the rest of their special day. The flowers were amazing and special thank you's go to Heidi Chandler, Melissa May, Tamara Koch, Melanie Godett, and many friends. We went to Yorba Linda park for some portraits and then it was off to the Santa Ana Train Station:

They were married at  Calvary Church of Santa Ana and had a great coordinator, Sheri Goodrich.

 
And came out of the church to a welcoming of well wishers and sparklers! Then they took off for the reception in a fabulous car that was graciously donated and chaufered by Steve Godett:

Then it was off to a fabulous reception. The tents with the gorgeous chandlers, beautiful flowers and linens by Pacific Hills Banquet and Catering in Laguna Hills and Signature Party in Santa Ana were breathtaking! The catering was done by a friend of the family, Jesus Victor and was scrumptious! Also an adorable cake was created for the occasion by Grace from Sweet Gems in Huntington Beach

 
 
The festivities were in full swing. Peter, the wedding entertainment director, set the night with fabulous introductions and fun dance music through out the entire evening. It was fabulous and I could not think of a better way to ring in the new year then to watch the union of a young, new couple and remember the ones we love as we vow to strengthen those relationships in 2009. A special thank you to my husband, John, for shooting with me and helping to make sure everything was captured!

Kevin and Christina's Wedding

Wow..I was excited for this day. If it was going to be anything like their engagement session , then I knew that they would be amazing. Christina is stunning and her sweetness is rooted deep in her. How wonderful is it that she could find a man that matches her magic. That is what they are together...MAGIC! Wait...it is not enough that they are magical, but BOTH families and friends were too! Such support and love was poured over this couple..that is AMAZING. John and I were blessed to capture these moments. I am excited to see this future revealed. Congratulations Christina and Kevin! Mission Inn..Tiffany and Ronnie's Wedding

A beautiful Union
It was a beautiful day at the historic Mission Inn in Riverside, Ca. Tiffany had meticulously planned every detail for this special day. Everything had a very 1940's feel and it went perfectly. I was excited to photograph this wedding, because I have known Tiffany's family for a long time. This is one sweet, generous and special family. Ronnie is now the son they didn't have. Anna and Curt

The New Mr. and Mrs.
WOW!! This has been such a busy time!I have soo many post to come so definitely keep checking in. I apologize for the lull in posting, but I have been a shooting fool!

On May 25, I was honored to capture the wedding of Anna and Curt. I knew that they were going to be ready for this day just from the conversations I had with them at there engagement session in La Jolla, Ca.  The wedding was in beautiful San Juan Capistrano at Rancho Capistrano.  What a stunning location!
When I arrived, Anna was in a wonderful mission style suite with all of her girls getting her make up  and hair done. Everything was coming together perfectly and everyone looked gorgeous! Thank you Curt and Anna for choosing me to preserve this special day for you forever. I can picture the 2 of you well into your 80's looking back at your album and saying," We sure looked good then, but look how fabulous were are now!" Enjoy and to see the album, click here!

Amber & Joshua

Deep in the heart of Texas

I pulled up in front of Las Brisas early on Leaper. This day only comes once every four years, so I knew it was going to be special. I had never met Amber or Joshua before because they live in Texas. We had talked on the phone before, but most of my contact had been with her wonderful mother. Finally, I started to see people with touches of "love" red on. Then I saw them..the loving couple. They were absolutely beaming. They were so in love and already considered themselves a family. Today just made it official. I want to thank Amber and Joshua for allowing me the incredible honor of capturing a glimpse of the love that overflowed throughout your day. Congratulations and Click here to see your slide show. Amanda and Brent's Wedding Day

It was a perfect day to get married. There was a gentle breeze, gorgeous sky, and two beautiful souls ready  to become Mr. and Mrs. Johnson. {See thier engagement session.} This day was full of love and support for this blessed couple. The Falkner Winery was were Amanda and Brent exchanged their "I Do's", and it went perfectly with this couples personalities, classy and fun! John and I were  honored to share such a special day with these wonderful families and look forward to hearing about all the terrific moments life has in store for you. Merghart Wedding Album

We arrived in San Diego to a beautiful day. Teresa already looked adorable with her street clothes, freshly done updo and flowing veil. After she finished getting ready, it was off to the church to meet the groom. He looked dashing in his black tux with  "pool"  colored accessories. Right by his side was his best man, but Philip didn't need much emotional support because Teresa was his queen and today was the beginning of happily ever after. Merghart Wedding

Amanda & Mike

Amanda and Mike are adorable and too fun! They celebrated their vows at Cal Baptist University. Their family really cares about them and to watch Amanda and her Dad together could make any dad's heart ache!
